Join the University of Washington Alzheimer's Disease Research Center and the Alzheimer's Association (Western & Central Washington State Chapter) for an exciting symposium on the latest diagnostic, research and treatment findings on Alzheimer's disease!
On Thursday, March 31, 2011, a full-day pre-conference schedule consisting of 2 concurrent sessions (Session A: Advanced Practice/Research & Session B: Leadership/Marketing) will be offered. On Friday, April 1, sessions will be offered for advanced practitioners, individuals with early-stage dementia, family or professional caregivers, and administrators and program directors involved in the field.
There will also be a physicians' event on Friday, March 31, 2011 from 6-8pm on "The Future of Alzheimer's Disease" at the Virginia Mason Medical Center Auditorium, featuring a discussion among experts on the current national efforts to revise the clinical criteria for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease and related implications.
