The Massachusetts General Hospital's Ethics Task Force and Patient Care Services (PCS) Ethics in Clinical Practice Committee will be offering an all-day educational program (8am - 4pm) on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 for clinicians to learn more about the concepts of capacity and competency, their impact on the patient's ability to make healthcare decisions and the ethical dilemmas related to these concepts.
