Inaugural National Conference on Alzheimer's Disease/Dementia in Native American Communities: Impact, Issues and Next Steps

The objectives of this conference include outlining the impact and issues of dementia in Native American communities, review current evidence-based practices for the treatment and care of individuals and their caregivers in these communities, and build competency for heatlh care professionals to address needs related to dementia care.
The 2-day conference will include concurrent sessions that include a 'medical/health care track', a 'caregiver' track, and a 'public policy/care innovation track'. More information is attached.
