On Saturday, June 10, 2017 from 12pm – 2:30pm at the Hibernian Hall, 184 Dudley Street, Boston, MA 02119, the Massachusetts Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center (MADRC) and the Center for Alzheimer Research and Treatment (CART) will host an educational series called Dine & Learn, in partnership with The Bass of Boston WZBR.
This free luncheon and workshop is for anyone who has loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. The workshop is open to family members, caregivers, health advocates and community members. Topics will include: What is memory? When is memory normal vs. not normal? What is Alzheimer’s disease and is it different from normal aging? What can I do to prevent Alzheimer’s disease and can research really benefit me?
