Together with with Dr. growdon [ at ] helix [dot] mgh [dot] harvard [dot] edu (John Growdon), Founding Director and former leader of our Center's Clinical Core, our administrative team sets the overall research directions for the center and provides support for all of our research groups. Dr. lyap [ at ] partners [dot] org (Liang Yap) provides administrative leadership and is particularly involved in subject recruitment, institutional interactions, and providing the infrastructure to ensure effective communication between the Center, our Harvard Medical School colleagues and our parent Neurology Department of the Massachusetts General Hospital.

An Executive Commitee consists of Core and Project leaders and additional key personnel to advise the director on scientific and administrative matters; an External Advisory Board to provide guidance to the Center on an annual basis; a Pilot Project Review Committee to recommend approximately three pilot projects for funding on an annual basis, and an Internal Advisory Board consisting of senior scientists, clinicians and administrators from our constituent institutions to coordinate Center efforts with local resources.
