The epidemiological and neuropsychiatric aspects of sports-related/blast-related syndromes and their overlap with neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal dementias and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis will be reviewed at the conference. New experimental therapeutics research, advances in functional neuroimaging and molecular pathology will also be explored.
